In a warehouse with pallet racking, Rack Armor or Rack Armour, as it is referred to sometimes – is a safety-colored upright column made from ballistic grade plastic used to guard pallet rack against collisions and impacts. Rack Armor, produced by the UK-based company Rack Group, have been rigorously tested to meet and exceed European Standards for warehouse pallet rack safety.

Rack Armor offers a simple solution to mitigate rack damage that can be caused by lift truck collisions. It has been shown that the lowest portion of a rack column is the likeliest place on an upright that will incur damage from a lift truck. Rack Armor is used to eliminate damage from low-velocity impacts and reduce substantial damage from more serious impacts. The net effect is to ensure racking has a longer lifespan in a dynamic warehouse environment and ultimately reduce replacement costs.
