Shipping and Return Policy

Download links will be sent out via email immediately after payment is confirmed.  You have 48 hours (Monday-Friday) to contact us via email if you have any issues with the file which was downloaded.  After that time the sale is final.

Parts orders are generally shipped 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

Expedited Shipping Cutoff: Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST for same-day processing. Please note that expedited shipping estimates (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) are calculated based on business days only (Monday–Friday). Weekends and holidays do not count as shipping or transit days.

For international shipment, the calculated shipping does not include import duties, taxes, and fees. These fees would be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us if additional help is needed.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges

All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee.

Shipping is not refundable.
