Welcome to www.warehouseiq.com (referred to as "Warehouse IQ," "we," "us," or "our"). Warehouse IQ provides a platform for accessing digital manuals and related services, as well as the sale of physical forklift parts and components (collectively, the "Services"). These Services are available through www.warehouseiq.com and other platforms managed by Warehouse IQ (collectively, the "Site").
Your use of the Site indicates your acceptance of these Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these terms regularly, as continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes.
Special Order Products & Lead Times
Products designated as Special Order involve specific lead times and are considered final sale once the order is placed. These orders are non-cancelable. To confirm an exact lead time, please contact us via phone, text, or online chat. Please note that choosing expedited shipping (such as Next Day or Second Day Air) only applies to the transit time once the item is ready to ship and does not shorten the initial lead time. Special order items are non-returnable.
Product Imagery
All photographs and graphics on the Site are provided for illustrative purposes only. While images are indicative of the part type, the actual product may differ slightly from the photograph shown. Product images may not be reproduced, copied, or used without express written permission from Warehouse IQ.
Order Acceptance & Pricing
All orders are subject to final approval by Warehouse IQ. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Warehouse IQ reserves the right to cancel accepted orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, transportation delays, or material shortages.
Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. Warehouse IQ currently accepts Credit and Debit Cards as the primary forms of payment. Orders will not be processed, confirmed, or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized and completed. In the event a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be fulfilled.
Taxes and Fees
The purchaser is responsible for all applicable sales, use, excise, or manufacturer taxes and any other government-imposed fees associated with the purchase. You agree to reimburse Warehouse IQ for any such taxes or fees incurred as a result of products sold to you.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. Warehouse IQ does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13.
Permitted Use & Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive license to access the Site. All content, including manuals, text, and software, is the property of Warehouse IQ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Warranty and Liability Disclaimer
Warehouse IQ shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages—including loss of profits or revenue—resulting from a breach of contract, warranty, or negligence. All information, products, and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Some state laws may provide you with additional rights regarding these limitations.
Waiver & Governing Law
No failure by Warehouse IQ to enforce strict compliance with any condition here shall constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that condition in the future. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be settled via arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service, Inc. ("JAMS").
