At WarehouseIQ, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by WarehouseIQ.com and how we use it and share it when you visit or make a purchase from WarehouseIQ.

When you visit our Site (www.warehouseIQ.com), we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as Device Information. 

We collect Device Information using the following technologies,

  • Log files track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Also, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, including credit card number, email address, and phone number. This is called Order Information.

By Personal Information in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in WarehouseIQ.com. LOG FILES

WarehouseIQ.com follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Information We Collect

At WarehouseIQ, we use Clicky Analytics to gather information about your interaction with our website. This information is collected through your use of our service and/or from the services provided by our Customers. The purpose of this data processing is to anonymize information, generate statistics, analyze user behavior, and optimize content. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, as per Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.


From End Users

We collect information from End Users under the instruction of our Customers, and we have no direct relationship with the End Users. When an End User visits a Customer's website, the following information is logged by Clicky Analytics:

  • URL & Title of pages viewed
  • URL & Title of any links clicked
  • Referrer
  • User agent (browser and operating system details)
  • Screen resolution
  • Language preferences
  • X/Y coordinates of mouse events (mouse movements and clicks)
  • Anonymized IP address
  • For visitors using VPNs such as Apple's iCloud Private Relay, we log the full IP address of the VPN, as the visitor's true IP address is already anonymized.

Additional Information Logged for Fraud or Security Purposes (if privacy is disabled):

  • Full IP address
  • Unique ID tracking cookie (UID), which is considered personal data under most privacy laws. Although it is randomly generated and does not reveal any personal details, it helps in accurately tracking unique visitors.
  • Custom data, which may include additional information added by the website (such as name or email). However, logging personal data via this feature without disclosure or consent (where necessary) is against our terms. Customers are responsible for obtaining consent from End Users if needed.
  • Processing of UID and IP personal data is lawful without direct consent as it is "necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests" (GDPR Article 6) and (LGPD Article 7), which may include:
  • Accurate visitor statistics for websites.
  • Fraud prevention, abuse detection, and maintaining information security (per GDPR Recital 47).
  • Use of Information

For End Users, we use the collected data to provide reports to our Customers about website traffic and behavior. We also generate anonymized, aggregated reports for broader purposes, such as global web browser and OS market share statistics.


Sharing of Information

End User information collected via our Customers’ websites is shared only with that respective Customer.

Customers may view geographic information through Google Maps, but no End User data is shared with third parties unless required for legal reasons, including:

Compliance with laws, regulations, or legal requests.

- National security or law enforcement requirements.

- Detecting and preventing fraud or addressing security issues.

- Protecting against harm to the rights, property, or safety of WarehouseIQ, our Customers, or the public, as required by law.

Your data is transmitted to Roxr Software Ltd, located at 10883 SE Main St #201, Milwaukee, OR, 97222, USA. This transfer is based on your consent in line with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. It may also involve transferring personal data outside the European Union. The data transfer to the USA is carried out under Article 45 of the GDPR, in conjunction with the European Commission's adequacy decision C(2023) 4745, as Roxr Software Ltd has committed to adhering to the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) principles.

GDPR Data Protection Rights

PAYMENT

We may offer paid products and services through the Service, using third-party providers for payment processing. Your payment card details will not be stored or collected by us. Instead, that information is provided directly to our payment processors, who handle your personal information in accordance with their own Privacy Policies. These payment processors comply with PCI-DSS standards, established by the PCI Security Standards Council, which includes major brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS standards help ensure that your payment information is handled securely.


SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. 

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.


YOUR RIGHTS


If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information is corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.


DATA RETENTION


When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. 


MINORS


The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. WarehouseIQ.com does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.


CCPA Privacy Rights

Your Rights Under the CCPA

If you are a California resident, the following rights are granted to you under the CCPA and this Privacy Policy:

  1. Right to Notice: You are entitled to be informed about the categories of Personal Data being collected and the purposes for which the data is being used.

  2. Right to Access/Request: You have the right to request details about your Personal Data disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes by the Company or its subsidiaries over the past 12 months.

How to Exercise Your CCPA Rights

To exercise your CCPA rights, if you're a California resident, you can contact us via email or phone or visit our "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" page. The Company will provide the required information within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, extendable by an additional 45 days if necessary.


Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information, but our service providers (e.g., advertising partners) may use technologies that "sell" information as per CCPA definitions. To opt out of interest-based advertising, follow these steps:

   ◦ Selecting opt-out will place a cookie on your browser to maintain your preference. This must be done for each browser you use.

  2. Mobile Devices:

"Do Not Track" Policy


Our service does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals. However, you can adjust your browser settings to indicate that you do not wish to be tracked on third-party websites.


California Shine the Light Law


Under California Civil Code Section 1798, California residents with established business relationships may request details about how we share Personal Data with third parties for direct marketing once a year. Contact us for further information.
