Has an OTR truck or forklift ever damaged your warehouse roll-up door?

One of the most overlooked costs of warehouse operations and maintenance is damage to the warehouse roll-up door by vehicular traffic. Whether the damage is caused by a truck or a forklift, the money spent on these costly repairs adds up to losses in revenue and productivity.

Also, a warehouse roll-up door loses spring tension over time and use. This loss of tension can cause the door to drift down into the door opening without the knowledge of the driver causing a door disaster.

There is a simple solution to this money draining problem. That solution is the Roll-Up Door Guard by Aptos Industries. This easy to install mechanical barrier arm stops vehicular traffic from passing through a door opening and damaging the roll-up door before the door is fully clear of the opening.

The Roll-Up Door Guard is designed for use on any vertically acting warehouse roll-up door. It can easily be installed on both manual and electrically operated sectional, one-piece or rolling steel industrial door and requires little or no maintenance.

The average cost of one replacement of damaged warehouse roll-up door sections or rolling steel door slats is twice the cost of the Roll-UP Door Guard. The cost of replacing the entire door can be five times that or more depending on the type of door. The Roll-Up Door Guard is a small investment with a large return on that investment.
