By purchasing a collection of forklift or heavy equipment PDFs you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You agree to read this document in its entirety.
• You agree that you have reviewed the contents of the collection as listed on the collections contents list on the purchase page you are inputing your credit card or Paypal payment information into. You agree that you choose to purchase these PDF files after your review.
• You agree that you will be using these PDFs for personal use or for use within your company.
• You agree to inspect the contents of this collection within 7 days. If you find any possible defects that you believe should be remedied, that you agree to share this with our customer service staff via the email address [email protected].
• On receipt of your email, we will review, and if merited, resolve any claimed discrepancies with what is listed versus what is delivered within 30 days of purchase.
• You understand and agree that this purchase is non-refundable.
• You agree to not republish these PDFs or contents therein to the public Internet.
